Chairman
Jim has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry with MRA Advisors inc., Alpha Capital Research, Morgan Stanley and Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. of New York. He has extensive global experience in capital markets and the investment management business, including roles in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, Taipei and Honolulu. Jim was in charge of Morgan Stanley’s commodities trading operation in Singapore for almost 10 years.

USCPA. After working at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) in Texas, Mark moved to Guam to join Peat Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG). Thereafter, he became an instructor of accounting at the University of Guam and taught students from Palau, Guam, CNMI, FSM and the Marshalls. In 1986, he became Chief Financial Officer of the University of Guam and held that position under various titles such as Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Administration and Finance. He has been CFO of MRA since 2005.

Quek Eng San is a highly accomplished and experienced Finance professional with over 25 years of experience as a chartered accountant. A commercially-oriented senior executive who has spent more than 15 years in the hospitality sector, Eng San is focused on growth, strategic decision making, business partnership, financial management and business development in the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, as the Vice President of Finance for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in Asia Pacific, Eng San had full oversight of the accounts, procurement, IT support functions for both corporate and managed properties in the region. She has successfully helped the organization reduce costs and improve overall corporate efficiency.
Eng San is recognized as a strong leader with deep experience in financial management, partnership management, deal negotiation and working in fast moving emerging markets.

Troy is an experienced mining professional, Director & Chief Executive Officer. An international business leader with a commitment to team development and business strengthening. Troy’s strong background in the resources, O&G and maritime industries, positions him to deliver immediate results for the business. An experienced Board Director, his functional specialisation includes commercial, operations, production, business development, M&A, shipping, and supply chain management. His mining experience with Shell Coal & Rio Tinto extends across five continents in a range of commodities, in exploration, greenfield development and brownfield expansion projects. Troy is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia, the University of New England, Duke University, INSEAD France and Southern Cross University.

Hannah is an experienced mining executive with two decades of experience in finance leadership, strategic planning and performance for companies across the global mining industry. She has a proven track record of driving financial performance, managing complex financial operations, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize shareholder value. She is a strong advocate for sustainability and ESG initiatives and is committed to building a sustainable future for the mining industry. Hannah is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts.

Collin is an accomplished General Manager with 25+ years of experience in the Mining and Minerals industry. He has a proven track record of leading successful teams, optimising mining operational processes, and driving business growth. With expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and efficient workflows, Collin fosters a positive work environment while addressing complex challenges. His background includes managing multi-million-dollar greenfield and brownfield expansion projects and operations improvements for top tier mining companies like Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG and Talison Lithium. Collin has held various strategic leadership roles, making him a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and business success.

Rebecca is an accomplished mining professional with experience spanning across open-cut and underground in a range of commodities throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. A people driven leader, Rebecca excels in leading large teams through complex change to operational excellence. With a strong background in operations & statutory compliance extending from her time with Rio Tinto, Rebecca is a certified Site Senior Executive with experience in Construction, Drill and Blasting, Pre-strip, Production, Project and Contractor Management. A driven and results focused leader Rebecca brings an energy and passion for people, business and operational excellence making her an invaluable asset in advancing the growth and success of the company.

Environmental Manager
Olivia has over 20 years industry experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects for large-scale resources and renewables development to achieve environmental compliance excellence. Her technical base spans all facets of environmental management and compliance obligations and she has a wide understanding of Australian jurisdiction's nuanced environment planning and approvals pathways, at both the impact assessment and on-ground compliance implementation stages.

Ashley has Qualifications in Drilling and Blasting, Diplomas in Surface Operations Management and Paramedical Science as well as being recognised as an Australia Day Award Winner. The original Mill in the Mt. Veteran site was commissioned and used in the 1980s for original tin deposits
2002 | Tin Mining Operations Halted
With technology at the time not finding any more economical deposits to mine, operations were halted
2017 | MGT Minerals Established
Seeing opportunity to extract tin from original alluvial sites and surrounding mine areas, MGT Minerals was established
2019 / 2020 | Major Mill Refurbishment
A major shareholder invested into MGT: Repairs, and upgrades applied to original mill to make it more effective and get it processing-ready
The Company also made key industry executive hires, including Troy Brice as CEO and Tristan Garthe as CFO, increasing the team’s mining experience. Lastly, MGT Minerals was rebranded as Huntore

Catalyzing change in 2023, the Company acquired new tenements including Gillian, Windemere, and Pinnacles, increasing tin Resources by 23x. Finish buildout of the tailings development site and road infrastructure to transport ore and concentrate. FEED completed with the Mineral Processing Plant to be commissioned with upgraded tin ore processes and recovery improvements
